Monica is a true gem! She helped us find a beautiful new home from WA State! We were moving out to Florida but had to home shop from WA — video showing after video showing and we finally found the one due to Monica’s diligence. My husband and I are very particular too, she was patient and always willing to go the extra mile to get our questions answered. We are so very thankful for Monica, she was truly a blessing to us in such a nerve wracking situation. In addition to her doing a stellar job in helping us find our home, she stayed on top of the transaction process so all was ready when we arrived into town. Highly recommend her!
